We operate entirely online and provide internationally recognized record certifications.

Anyone from any country can submit a record, including:

• Individuals

• Teams or groups

• Schools, colleges, and institutions

• Startups and companies

• Minors (with parental/guardian consent)

No. However:

• Participants under 18 must submit the Minor Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian.

You can submit a record through the official website by:

• Filling out the online application form

• Providing all required personal and record-related information

• Uploading evidence such as photos, videos, documents, or testimony

• Submitting the application for evaluation

You may, if your attempt does not fit an existing category.
CBWR will evaluate and create a new category if your attempt is original, measurable, and verifiable.

Evidence may include:

• Videos showing the full attempt

• Photographs from different angles

• Screenshots, log files, or code repositories

• Verification reports from third-party witnesses

• Identity proof

• Timing, measurement, or performance logs

• Testimonials from experts or officials

Your evidence should be clear, continuous, and tamper-free.

Yes! There is no limit. You may submit multiple attempts in the same or different categories.

Yes. Many CBWR categories—such as coding records, AI achievements, digital art, esports, and online viral achievements—can be attempted fully online.

Each record is assigned to a subject matter expert in the related field.
After initial review, a secondary verification expert cross-checks the findings to ensure authenticity and accuracy.

Evaluation duration depends on:

• Complexity of the record

• Volume of evidence

• Verification requirements

Typical timeline: 7–30 days.

You will be contacted to provide:

• Additional proof

• Clarifications

• Extended footage

• Third-party validations

Your submission will not be rejected without giving you the opportunity to complete it.

Yes. You will receive updates via email and may also view your application status on your CBWR dashboard.

If your record is verified:

• You receive official certification

• Your achievement is published on the CBWR website

• You are included in the CBWR public record archive

• You may receive recognition on CBWR social media and newsletters

Yes. Every certified record includes:

• A digital e-certificate

• A physical certificate, which is shipped or handed over

Certified records are generally published, but CBWR reserves the right to:

• Modify categories

• Delay publication

• Decline publication for safety, sensitivity, or compliance reasons

Yes, but published content may remain archived for transparency.

CBWR will charge a processing and verification fee, depending on the record category and evaluation depth.

Digital certificates are usually included.
Physical certificates may involve printing or shipping costs.

CBWR’s decision is final.
Challenges may be reviewed, but CBWR is not liable for disputes outside the platform.

Records are publicly accessible. CBWR cannot prevent others from attempting your record, but:

• Your record remains uniquely timestamped

• CBWR tracks and archives official history

All data is stored securely as per our Privacy Policy and is used only for:
