Cyber Book of World Records

Welcome to the Record Submission FAQ section for the Cyber Book of World Records (CBWR).
Here you’ll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about applying, submitting evidence, certification, publishing, and more.

What is the Cyber Book of World Records?

The Cyber Book of World Records (CBWR) is a global digital platform that recognizes, certifies, and publishes achievements related to technology, innovation, cyberspace, coding, digital arts, robotics, online influence, and other modern accomplishments.
We operate entirely online and provide internationally recognized record certifications.

Who can submit a record attempt?

Anyone from any country can submit a record, including:

  • Individuals

  • Teams or groups

  • Schools, colleges, and institutions

  • Startups and companies

  • Minors (with parental/guardian consent)

Is there an age limit for participants?

No. However:

  • Participants under 18 must submit the Minor Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian.

How do I submit a record attempt?

You can submit a record through the official website by:

  • Filling out the online application form

  • Providing all required personal and record-related information

  • Uploading evidence such as photos, videos, documents, or testimony

  • Submitting the application for evaluation

Do I need to propose a new record category?

You may, if your attempt does not fit an existing category.
CBWR will evaluate and create a new category if your attempt is original, measurable, and verifiable.

What type of evidence is required?

Evidence may include:

  • Videos showing the full attempt

  • Photographs from different angles

  • Screenshots, log files, or code repositories

  • Verification reports from third-party witnesses

  • Identity proof

  • Timing, measurement, or performance logs

  • Testimonials from experts or officials

Your evidence should be clear, continuous, and tamper-free.

Can I submit multiple record attempts?

Yes! There is no limit. You may submit multiple attempts in the same or different categories.

Can a record be attempted online?

Yes. Many CBWR categories—such as coding records, AI achievements, digital art, esports, and online viral achievements—can be attempted fully online.

Who evaluates record submissions?

Each record is assigned to a subject matter expert in the related field.
After initial review, a secondary verification expert cross-checks the findings to ensure authenticity and accuracy.

How long does the evaluation take?

Evaluation duration depends on:

  • Complexity of the record

  • Volume of evidence

  • Verification requirements

Typical timeline: 7–30 days.

What happens if evidence is insufficient?

You will be contacted to provide:

  • Additional proof

  • Clarifications

  • Extended footage

  • Third-party validations

Your submission will not be rejected without giving you the opportunity to complete it.

Can I track my submission status?

Yes. You will receive updates via email and may also view your application status on your CBWR dashboard.

What happens once my record is approved?

If your record is verified:

  • You receive official certification

  • Your achievement is published on the CBWR website

  • You are included in the CBWR public record archive

  • You may receive recognition on CBWR social media and newsletters

Do I receive a physical certificate?

Yes. Every certified record includes:

  • A digital e-certificate

  • A physical certificate, which is shipped or handed over

Is publication guaranteed?

Certified records are generally published, but CBWR reserves the right to:

  • Modify categories

  • Delay publication

  • Decline publication for safety, sensitivity, or compliance reasons

Can I withdraw my record after certification?

Yes, but published content may remain archived for transparency.

What types of records does CBWR accept?

CBWR specializes in modern, digital, and technology-driven achievements including:

  • AI accomplishments

  • Robotics & automation

  • Cybersecurity feats

  • Digital innovations

  • Coding records

  • Esports milestones

  • Online influence & viral achievements

  • Tech entrepreneurship

  • Digital art & NFT creativity

We also accept unique, creative, and unconventional digital accomplishments.

Can I submit a physical or offline record?

Yes—if it relates to technology, innovation, digital systems, or cyber processes (e.g., robot prototypes, hardware builds, automated systems).

Is there a fee for submitting a record attempt?

CBWR will charge a processing and verification fee, depending on the record category and evaluation depth.

Are there additional fees for certificates?

Digital certificates are usually included.
Physical certificates may involve printing or shipping costs.

Is CBWR responsible if someone challenges my record?

CBWR’s decision is final.
Challenges may be reviewed, but CBWR is not liable for disputes outside the platform.

What happens if someone copies my record?

Records are publicly accessible. CBWR cannot prevent others from attempting your record, but:

  • Your record remains uniquely timestamped

  • CBWR tracks and archives official history

How does CBWR store my data?

All data is stored securely as per our Privacy Policy and is used only for:

  • Verification

  • Publication

  • Certification

  • Platform improvement

Why might my record be rejected?

Typical reasons:

  • Insufficient or unclear evidence

  • Safety hazards or illegal activities

  • Misrepresentation or falsified information

  • Violations of Terms of Service

Can I resubmit a rejected record?

Yes. You may revise and improve your submission and apply again.
